Job Description

The Change Partners are currently partnered with a Global Direct-To-Consumer brand who are hiring a eCommerce Project Manager on a contract basis of 12 months, across Europe. This will be through a day rate contract paying between £200 and £300 per day (inside IR35).

The eCommerce Project Manager will take ownership of delivering new eCommerce (website and app) projects in-house and through partners within budgets and agreed timelines.

Key responsibilities:

  • Constantly reviewing active projects and engaging stakeholders across the business.
  • Encourage project management and delivery to improve productivity.
  • Project weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews with stakeholders and partners.
  • Regularly review projects on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Ensure valuable delivery strategies are implemented.
  • Improve project delivery techniques and documentation.
  • Create delivery frameworks and ensure ideas are implemented and well-managed.
  • Partner with wider PMOs to ensure project delivery efficiency.
  • Work with eCommerce and digital teams for personalisation, campaigns and customer experience optimisation.
  • Overall within general maintenance of website and app, from a project management perspective.

What we need for this role:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Digital Project Manager, ideally within eCommerce.
  • Experience with SAP/Hyberis
  • Expertise across Sprint/Agile and product design.
  • Delivery and operational experience (demand/supply, process internal/external and resource).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proven track-record of project delivery.
