We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable candidate either from an FMCG sales background or Recruitment to join us on our mission to change the face of recruitment. An opportunity to take your knowledge of the industry to the next level, broaden your understanding of categories and brands, working with people to assist them in unlocking the next steps in their career.

In our first 3 years we have been true to our word:

· We have donated £105,000 to our chosen charity partners through our 1% model

· Become B Corp certified

· Started our own Foundation – The Marvel Foundation

· Launched a ‘No CV’ process that supports inclusive hiring

· Placed lots of great humans some of the coolest Food & Drinks brands in the UK
