Kent Fire and Rescue Service (KFRS) has an exciting opportunity available for a Leadership and Learning Specialist (L&D training delivery) to join our team in Maidstone , with a hybrid working model being available. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of GBP40,523 - GBP46,008 per annum.

Develop and deliver a range of online resources to support line managers in Kent Fire and Rescue Service

Skills in facilitation and training delivery to engage and motivate our learners to embed their new knowledge and skills
Experience in supporting allied teams in delivering compelling blended training and support material. Skills in using MS Office products to plan, design and develop your work, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams, and SharePoint Online to create toolkits on the intranet
Skills in delivering training using a variety of media (e.g. videos, webinars, live online classrooms)
Practical application of the learning cycle, including needs analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation and iteration
