En Flat 101 estamos ampliando nuestro departamento de desarrollo y buscamos un perfil de Technical Lead – Adobe Commerce para nuestro squad eCommerce.

¿Y qué es Flat 101? Flat 101 es la empresa española de referencia en optimización (CRO/CXO/BXO), diseño y desarrollo de productos y servicios digitales. Prestamos servicios de alto rendimiento digital orientados a solucionar los problemas de hoy para conseguir los resultados del mañana.

  • Al menos cinco años de experiencia trabajando con Adobe Commerce / Magento 2.
  • Certificado: Adobe Certified Professional – Adobe Commerce Developer.
  • Experiencia con Adobe Commerce Cloud.
  • Experiencia trabajando con herramientas y metodologías CI/CD
  • Con habilidades de liderazgo y trabajo en equipo.
Se valorará positivamente:
  • Inglés fluido en conversación
  • Experiencia liderando squads de al menos 15 personas
  • Experiencia gestionando y definiendo proyectos
  • Certificado: Adobe Certified Master – Adobe Commerce Architect
  • Experiencia definiendo arquitecturas desacopladas, estableciendo tecnologías a usar, comunicación, securización, testing, rendimiento, etc.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de testing e2e
  • Contrato indefinido. 12 pagas. 27 días laborables de vacaciones al año.
  • Modelo de trabajo híbrido, flexible y con posibilidad de teletrabajo al 100%. Tenemos teletrabajo, tenemos presencialidad, tenemos formatos híbridos… tenemos de todo. Si trabajas en una ciudad donde tenemos oficina el formato es híbrido (2 días de oficina presenciales con todas las medidas de seguridad y 3 de remoto). ¿Vives fuera? 100% teletrabajo. ¿Vives en una ciudad con oficinas pero quieres ir todos los días o teletrabajar al 100%? Pídelo y se te concederá. En el caso de desarrollo de negocio es necesario tener contacto personal con clientes y posibles clientes y ello puede condicionar tu agenda.
