To support the Managing Director, Private Clients and wider business as needed with a particular focus on providing solutions to problems, improving processes, and implementing 7IM’s private client proposition. To represent PCT to the wider business and other stakeholders and drive the team forwards by providing a strong link between PCT, MD and the Executive Committee.
Responsibilities
Support the MBR. Collating information requested by the MD to support the discussion with ExCo
Support the Leadership team in their management of the business pipeline
Provide meaningful and understandable solutions to problems through the use of data collection and analysis.
Manage and execute strategic projects as delegated.
Manage a number of projects simultaneously.
Work proactively to deliver quality work in a timely fashion.
Deliver concise, accurate information, solve business problems and offer solutions.
Provide answers to PCT-related questions from internal and external stakeholders.
Work with MD to enhance relationships with high value clients and deliver a proactive client communication strategy.
Help to plan, prepare and deliver client forums.
Deliver accurate and high-quality MI on the Private Client Business.
Produce presentations on an as needed basis e.g. board updates, PCT business updates.
Undertake any other tasks from time to time as directed by the MD and Executive Committee.
In this role, it's essential that you consistently follow the FCA's Consumer Duty principles. You're expected to act in good faith, prevent potential harm, and actively support our customers in achieving their financial goals.

Skills
Relationship building skills in order to rapidly establish a high level of trust with the clients, both in terms of professional and personal competence and trustworthiness.
Capable of leading and executing projects with minimal supervision.
Capable of keeping track of multiple projects and tasks all progressing at once.
Ability to influence colleagues at all levels to align with the strategy of the firm & PCT.
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in an efficient manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A good understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Proficient in the use of other Microsoft programs.
Capable of handling and driving change.
Knowledge
A good understanding of the asset management industry and how it works.
A good knowledge of 7IM as a business.
Basic understanding of financial instruments.
