Maintain accuracy in shipments and inventory transactions, guaranteeing the quality of goods. Organise and maintain inventory and storage areas for optimal efficiency. Measure and report on the effectiveness of warehousing activities. Collaborate with internal teams daily, ensuring effective communication. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and problem-solving. Process sales orders, invoices, and goods received, utilising warehouse software and MS Office proficiency. Assist with logistics problem-solving and contribute to improving work procedures. Liaise between manufacturers and internal colleagues, ensuring customer requirements are met. Maintain accurate records and documentation, utilising reports to assess warehouse status. Coordinate activities with other departments for a seamless workflow.Skills and Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of warehouse software packages (Sage 200) and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Strong customer service ethic and excellent organisational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritisation skills. Effective supervisory skills and techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Knowledge of HMRC Customs Excise documentation is desirable.
