DRW is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Experienced Hire Recruiting team. This role will have an emphasis on managing full lifecycle recruiting projects and creative sourcing of front-office and trading talent.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for DRW, here are some of the things you’ll focus on:
Advise Executive level stakeholders and guide the Talent Acquisition process including but not limited to, thoughtful sourcing strategies, search execution and offer negotiation.
Manage full life cycle recruitment process including developing position descriptions, creating and managing job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens and interviews, managing interview process and candidate communication, conducting references checks, structuring and extending offers of employment, negotiating terms of employment, overseeing pre-employment processes and other onboarding activities.
Identify and implement creative, impactful sourcing strategies to identify top talent specifically for the Trading, Quantitative Researcher and Portfolio Management space.
track candidates in applicant tracking system; Provide direction and partner with Recruiting Operations regarding job postings, interview scheduling, interview feedback collection, onboarding activities, etc.
Work with other members on the team to map markets, gather market intelligence and competitor analysis.
3-5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in Executive Search or within a trading firm/hedge fund, with a focus on recruiting front-office talent.
~ Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts and potential candidates, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified trading professionals to meet the dynamic needs of the business.
~ Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and previous experience using applicant tracking systems.
~ Experience using social media, networking tools and research tools to source candidates.
