Come and join us, who knows where our journey may take you We are currently looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join our Sales Team on a perm contract Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30pm at our state of the art manufacturing facility in Tamworth. As our internal Sales Coordinator you willwork in partnership with a portfolio of customersproviding exceptionalconsultative insights(of the account history andpurchasingtrends)toanticipate specificcustomer needsand increase sales. Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success by developing positive relationships with customers. Follow up samples and quotations, converting these to sales.
Ensure accounts are constantly aware of active promotions available, follow up and generate new business through own initiative, socialmediaand marketing activityto increase sales.
Managea dedicatedArea Sales Managers diary; Use internal tools andsystems,to manage the day to day running of your data, ensure systems aremaintainedandupdated at all times.
Liaising with other departments including Transport, Accounts, Marketing, Laboratory and Production.
Suggest actions to improve sales performance andidentifyopportunities for personal growth in orderto promote products with greater understanding and confidence
Provenexperience of working in an internal Sales Coordinatorrole
Ability to deliver excellentconsultative advice to improve thecustomer experienceand their businessto generate sales
Excellent interpersonal skills and rapport building skills.Ability to translate customer account history into opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell.
Knowledge of CRM software (or equivalent) and MS Office, (MS Excel in particular)
Excellent attention to detail, particularly relating to data entry
Committed to ongoing learning / training to build knowledge and understanding
Ability to deliver projects and answer enquiries on time
