As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in our dynamic project management team. The role promises diversity, ensuring each day presents new challenges and opportunities. You will have an opportunity to work at the heart of projects that deliver tangible value to our clients.

You will oversee multiple simultaneous digital projects concurrently, guiding them from from inception to delivery, producing clear, concise,and realistic project management documentation. As a Project Manager, you’ll have experience in managing digital projects and leading teams to deliver exceptional results for clients. You will excel at leading cross-functional teams, motivating team members and fostering a collaborative work culture.

Enthusiastic about driving digital transformation and making a
Able to showcase your experience and understanding of digital technologies and tools, allowing you to effectively communicate with technical teams and stakeholders
Passionate about understanding client needs, building strong relationships and delivering solutions that exceed expectations
A skilled communicator which enables you to effectively convey project status, requirements and updates to both internal teams and clients
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines, showcasing your strong organisational skills

We also know that Project Managers come from many backgrounds. Lead the end to end delivery of digital projects, from initiation to implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within
budget, and to the highest quality standards
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, define project requirements, and provide regular updates on project progress, ensuring transparency and alignment
Facilitating client success by initiating projects effectively, defining project visions, devising delivery plans and establishing robust project governance
Motivate and inspire project teams, providing guidance, support and direction to ensure successful project delivery
Identify potential risks and issues early on, developing mitigation strategies and effectively managing risk throughout the project lifecycle
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering open communication and alignment on project goals and objectives
Managing project backlogs using Microsoft DevOps, maintaining
Actively participate in lessons learned sessions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance project delivery processes.

33 days of leave - that includes 4 statutory days over Christmas and New Year, with all other bank holidays included as regular leave you can take whenever you want
