Job Title: Mental Health Support Worker
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
We are looking for dedicated and positive people to work with us in Cambridgeshire as part of our Mental Health Accommodation Pathway. Our staff are based on site 5days a week to provide floatingsupport to the people who live in our services to help them build their confidence to live independently.
You will be self motivated, solution focused, dynamic and have a genuine passion and commitment to working with people with mental health needs.
Support is provided in 1 to 1 and group settings with respect to managing money, engaging with social activities, education & employment, physical health and wellbeing.
You will be based from one of our servicesin Cambridgeshire where we deliver support to over 100 people. Referrals are made by mental health professionals to ensure the people we support are are safe and secure in their accommodation. In return we offer the chance to join an expanding, dynamic organisation, with excellent opportunities for personal and professional development. We also offer a great benefits package on completion of the probation review:
