Location: Reading, Twyford, Caversham, Henley
Salary: £29,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a Mobile Fabric Engineer to join our team, covering the areas of Reading, Twyford, Caversham, and Henley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to work flexibly and autonomously in a hands-on role, maintaining and repairing building fabric across various commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out general maintenance tasks, including basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and plastering.
  • Performing PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance work.
  • Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
  • Working independently to manage workload across various sites.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in fabric maintenance, ideally within commercial or domestic environments.
  • Strong knowledge of general building trades such as carpentry, plumbing, and decorating.
  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
