We are currently seeking a Mobile Fabric Engineer to join our team, covering the areas of Reading, Twyford, Caversham, and Henley.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to work flexibly and autonomously in a hands-on role, maintaining and repairing building fabric across various commercial and residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:Carrying out general maintenance tasks, including basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and plastering.Performing PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance work.Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.Working independently to manage workload across various sites.What We Offer:Salary of £29,000 per annum.Company van and fuel card provided for work-related travel.25 days of annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.Optional on-call rota, providing additional earning opportunities.Monday to Friday schedule with flexible working hours, offering a great work-life balance.Requirements:Proven experience in fabric maintenance, ideally within commercial or domestic environments.Strong knowledge of general building trades such as carpentry, plumbing, and decorating.Full UK driving licence is essential.Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.This role is ideal for someone looking for flexibility and autonomy while taking pride in maintaining high standards of workmanship.
