Are you an experienced Office Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in the heart of Glasgow's bustling construction industry? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Office Manager at our busy construction company located on the South Side of Glasgow. Position: Office Manager Location: South Side, Glasgow Salary: £27,000 per year Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the office.
- Coordinate with various departments to support project needs and deadlines.
- Handle payroll, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in working order.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external queries.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in using Sage accounting software is essential.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a construction or related industry is preferred
