Job Title: Customer Success Manager / Account Manager Location: Remote, South West.

What they look for in an Account Manager
Following a period of sustained and accelerating growth, business are looking for an energetic and motivated Account Manager.

You will support through the provision of training, sharing of best practice and developing a comprehensive set of digital media artifacts.
The role will focus on two key responsibilities, Account Management and Account Growth

Proactively work with existing clients to understand their collaboration requirements and support growth of the product.
Develop digital media and marketing materials to support new and existing users


Experience working with collaboration software tools such as Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, etc.
Experience in conducting training sessions or workshops for users of varying technical backgrounds.
