Business Developer Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (H/F)
Ce qui vous séduira dans ce poste…
Au cœur d’une équipe dotée d’une forte expertise, de ressources, méthodes et outils, vous travaillez à qualifier et conclure de nouveaux accords commerciaux profitables à l'entreprise. Vous êtes un véritable entrepreneur au service du développement de l’offre Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM au niveau national, et participez à la conception et à la réalisation d’une stratégie commerciale à court et long termes.
Grâce à votre connaissance du marché, à la veille économique que vous réalisez et à la relation de proximité que vous créez avec vos prospects et clients et l’écosystème, vous détectez de nouveaux leviers de croissance, pilotez des projets avant-ventes et négociez de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires. De plus, vous avez également la charge de suivre et fidéliser vos clients.
Vous identifiez les interlocuteurs clés chez Microsoft et collaborez avec eux pour conquérir de nouveaux comptes et vous participez aux actions marketing régionales et nationales.
Enfin, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec la direction commerciale de l’éditeur, les équipes Consulting et Marché, avec qui vous analysez le besoin du client afin de lui apporter une solution adaptée tout en vous assurant de la faisabilité du projet et en garantissant le respect de notre méthodologie et de nos process.
Ce que nous apprécierons chez vous…
Vous possédez une expérience significative dans la vente de solutions CRM, dans la gestion de ventes complexes et vous savez interagir avec des interlocuteurs de différents niveaux.
Vous connaissez idéalement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM et son écosystème (TEAMS, SharePoint, etc.).
Votre excellent relationnel, votre écoute attentive, votre motivation à prospecter activement de nouveaux clients ainsi que votre capacité à établir et à entretenir des relations au sein de réseaux professionnels seront des atouts clés pour réussir sur cette opportunité.
Enfin, la maîtrise de l’anglais (lu et écrit) est fortement préconisée pour ce poste.
