About the Role

Position Summary:


As our Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing a product that not only meets the current needs of our customer base but also anticipates their future requirements. Your responsibilities will include crafting comprehensive go-to-market kits, translating the product vision into a tangible design, and ensuring ongoing compliance with industry trends and updates . With a keen understanding of UI/UX, you will strive to enhance the user experience on our SaaS platform, enabling customers to maximise its potential.


We operate primarily in a remote environment, with occasional office days and meet-ups to facilitate collaboration and relationship-building . Your ability to work independently, coupled with excellent communication skills, is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the product strategy, ensuring it aligns with the current and future needs of our customer base
  • Craft go-to-market kits and bring the product vision to life through effective product design
  • Monitor compliance trends and updates, ensuring the continuous compliance of our product
  • Utilise your expertise in UI/UX to enhance the user experience on our SaaS platform
  • Collaborate with customers to create user groups, testing ideas before committing to development
  • Analyse feature values to maximise the value and profitability of the solutions we create
  • Oversee product owners, creating detailed specifications for the development team to create or update platform modules and features
  • Conduct training sessions for internal teams on the platform and new features
  • Work closely with internal marketing teams and account managers to promote new features to customers through various channels, including emails, videos, webinars, and in-person events
  • Strive to create a best-in-class safety platform, working relentlessly towards achieving this vision

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product management, with a focus on SaaS platforms, a minimum of 5+ years
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to implement them effectively
  • Experience in crafting go-to-market strategies and bringing products successfully to market
  • Familiarity with compliance trends and the ability to ensure continuous compliance, ideally from a safety background
  • Ability to analyse feature values and optimise solutions for maximum impact and profitability
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience overseeing product owners and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
  • Experience in training internal teams and promoting products to customers through various channels
  • Desirable: Knowledge of safety platforms and relevant industry standards
