Chase Taylor Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Manager to work with a pretigous manufacture of UPVC Windows and Doors, who have a long and successful history within the sector.
They are looking to recruit an experienced a Production Manager who will lead their factory and ensuring all orders are manufactured to the highest quality whilst always maintaining efficiency.
Visibly champion production on site and support the implantation of improvement.
Oversee and manage production team labour budgets
Applicants should have previous experience of managing within a manufacturing facility and a knowledge of UPVC glazing products and fabrication processes. You will need to have good organisational and planning skills and the ability to think on your feet to resolve issues and juggle tasks.
