Join an elite Real Estate Development team in Southampton and position yourself at the forefront of the UK’s property development sector. In this role, you’ll work with a prestigious client base that includes top housebuilders, land promoters, PRS investors, and registered affordable housing providers, contributing to some of the most transformative residential and mixed-use projects in the UK.
With recent high-profile panel appointments and a wave of new client acquisitions, the team is expanding, offering a dynamic Residential Development Associate role with the opportunity to manage complex, high-stakes transactions. You’ll handle high-value cases involving conditional and unconditional contracts, option and promotion agreements, development funding, and strategic collaboration agreements.
