We are seeking a Team Leader to be based in the Machine Shop at Hinckley, Leicester. The role is a permanent opportunity, working multiple shift patterns with responsibility for training, leading and motivating the team to deliver manufacturing excellence. As Team Leader you will monitor, record & work to achieve KPI targets, maintaining and advancing quality standards and promoting Kaizen in relation to continuous improvement.
Candidates will ideally come from an engineering background with experience within an automotive/manufacturing environment. Proficiency in MS Packages including Excel, Word and Outlook is required along with excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You will be self-motivated and resilient with a hands-on approach to problem resolution.
