Sales Engineer

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday (8:00am - 4:45pm) / Friday (8:00am - 12pm).

Experiencing a vast number of enquiries for their products, an employee-owned engineering business at the forefront of their industry are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to join their experienced team. Working within a knowledgeable, experienced Sales team, this role is consultative in nature with a high % of sales won via internal enquiries. With a mixture of account management and new business development this will suit a Sales Engineer who loves talking engineering and providing the right solution to benefit the client. Management and further development of existing accounts and establishing new business.

* Receiving internally and generating high-quality sales leads, from concept through to proposal / tender.

* Reviewing orders, negotiating prices and closing sales.

* Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.

* Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.

Capital Plant / Engineering Machinery Sales experience.

* A proven track record of achieving sales within an engineering / manufacturing business.

* Qualified in an engineering or commercial discipline (desirable but not a pre-requisite).
