Purpose of the role:

To assist the Events Manager to promote the Club’s facilities to members and to help develop the calendar of quality events. To process event bookings on behalf of the Events Team, following the procedures in place. This will include administrating a core role within the team efficiently and accurately.

To assist in the research, creation and delivery of events that appeal to the various profiles of our members under direction of the Events Manager.

Role will require working evenings and weekends.

  • Working to multiple deadlines, whilst maintaining the highest level of accuracy
  • Team player
  • Problem-solving skills

Minimum experience required:

  • Strong organisational, coordination, and project management skills
  • Experience of budget planning and monitoring
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office
  • Flexible and adaptable
