THE FIRM

A top 40 law firm

THE ROLE

APrimary Care Lawyer to join a team working with a wide range ofclients both private and public.

Clients are in various sectorssuch as technology, media, retail, pharmaceutical, insurance transportand logistics, manufacturing alongside work within the public sectorfor universities, NHS bodies, police forces and local authorities.

The team is national with coverage across several offices.

ABOUT YOU

With 3-5pqe you will ideally have commercialcontracts experience working with primary care providers and inparticular general practitioners

This role will involve

Preparation and review and negotiation of Partnershipdocumentation for medical and dental practitioners
Providinggeneral partnership advice
Working on partnership mergers
Advice and documentation of partnership retirements whethervoluntary or compulsory
NHS Contract advice
Advising primarycare networks

The firm operates a hybrid working policy with atleast two days a week working in the office.
