Verisure are looking for Customer Booking Agents to join our Inbound Contact Centre team in Quorum Business Park, Newcastle. You will be working in a call centre environment and be part of a large, diverse team.
Verisure is the leading European provider of professionally monitored security systems with 24/7 response services. Creating prospects and recording data in the system
Responding to pre-sale customer queries as well as supporting internally about the products/services we offer
Customer service experience from any background
A polite, friendly, and informative telephone manner
Ability to multitask effectively whilst keeping a high level of service quality
Accurate data capture and typing skills
Competent IT and Microsoft Office skills
