  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, identify business opportunities, and drive customer success.
  • Experience in solution selling, including consultative selling, needs analysis, and value-based selling.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools to track and analyze sales performance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
