Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join the EYFS team in a primary school based in the Stratford-upon-Avon area. In this role, you will provide tailored support to children with special educational needs, helping them engage with the early years curriculum. You will deliver phonics and support classroom activities, ensuring every child gets the help they need to thrive.

Required Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:

* SEND experience

* Classroom experience, particularly in a primary setting

* Proven experience working within the EYFS phase

* A strong understanding of the EYFS framework

* Phonics experience and the ability to deliver phonics lessons
