Would you like to take on a newly created position to help diverse small and medium-sized operating companies create and enhance sustainability and Scope 3 decarbonisation strategies?

Halma plc is seeking a dynamic Sustainability Manager to join their team and play a crucial role in developing and implementing key projects related to the Group’s sustainability strategy, particularly around Scope 3 decarbonisation and transition planning.

Reporting into the Group Head of Sustainability, you will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders within the group function and also act as partner for sustainability across the operating companies.

The successful Sustainability Manager will:
~ Have multiple years’ experience in corporate sustainability functions within or consulting to manufacturing environments, ideally with exposure to large decentralised organisations or small-medium sized businesses.


~ Be able to empower, influence, engage with and work alongside the entrepreneurial leadership teams and operational teams of the operating companies, as well as being a first point of contact for sustainability queries.
