About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Manager to join our team in a newly created position. This role will play a crucial part in developing and implementing key projects related to our sustainability strategy, particularly around Scope 3 decarbonisation and transition planning.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have a proven track record of success in climate change and decarbonisation strategies, with experience in corporate sustainability functions within manufacturing environments.
- Should possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence cross-functionally and work with executive management teams.
- Able to empower entrepreneurial leadership teams and operational teams, as well as serve as a first point of contact for sustainability queries.
What We Offer:
An attractive compensation package, which includes a salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
