Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Workshop Engineer to join our team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and repairing coffee machines in our workshop, ensuring they are in optimal working condition before returning them to our valued clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting diagnostic tests on coffee machines to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
  • Performing routine maintenance and servicing on a variety of coffee machines.
  • Repairing and replacing defective components as needed, including mechanical and electrical parts.
  • Testing repaired machines to ensure they meet quality standards and function properly.
  • Keeping accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Providing technical support and advice to clients and colleagues as required.
Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with specific experience servicing and repairing coffee machines. However, candidates with general mechanical and electrical skills will also be considered. Strong troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
