In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing the successful delivery of facilities services for a major schools contract, ensuring compliance, safety, and service excellence. As the Senior Facilities Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in the following: Managing the delivery of facilities services for the Oldham and Rochdale Schools contract. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and KPIs to meet the needs of our client. Driving an interdependent Health & Safety culture across all services and fostering excellent client relationships. To be successful in the role of Senior Facilities Manager, you’ll bring the following skills and experience: Proven management experience within facilities services (both in-house and outsourced). PFI Experience is essential Strong budgetary management and financial oversight, including P&L control. Thorough understanding of Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality assurance systems.
