Als marktleider in Europa leveren wij aan musea (waarin wij wereldmarktleider zijn), bibliotheken, ziekenhuizen, kantoren en archieven. Via onze eigen verkoopkantoren en een wereldwijd netwerk van distributeurs zijn wij vertegenwoordigd in Europa, de Verenigde Staten, Azië en Australië. Organisaties als het Rijksmuseum, het Louvre, Boijmans van Beuningen, het British Museum en Cambridge University, maar ook Deloitte, Rabobank en Securitas behoren tot onze klanten.

En dit alles wordt gedaan met een gepassioneerd team van 200 collega's, hiervan zijn er 130 werkzaam op het hoofdkantoor in Panningen, waar de productie en internationale distributie plaatsvindt en o.a. ook het Project Support team.

Dit team ondersteunt voor verschillende landen het verkoopproces door technisch complexe en/of grote projecten uit te werken en te begeleiden.

In deze functie ga je aan de slag gaat met complexe, grote projecten en waarin je voor (soms nog te bouwen) gebouwen de ontwerpen maakt van onze opslagoplossingen. De vraag daarbij is: wat moet er worden opgeslagen, wat is de belasting, wat zijn de voorwaarden voor een goede opslag (stof, vocht, trilling, …) en hoe kan ik met onze producten (die je samenstelt uit honderden mogelijkheden), de ruimte zo efficiënt mogelijk gebruiken en volledig tegemoetkomen aan de klantbehoefte. Je zou de functie kunnen zien als een technische architect die met de duizenden productonderdelen die wij hebben (of nieuw ontwerpen en maken), de beste opslagmethode ontwikkelt. Dit ontwerp maak je aan de hand van globale aanwijzingen van onze accountmanager of op basis van een aanbesteding. Daarna maak je een calculatie en de bijbehorende offerte op basis van het ontwerp. In deze rol heb je veelvuldig klantcontact over de ontwerpen, de projectvoortgang en de projectuitvoering want jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het projectmanagement.

Wat neem je mee voor deze job?

  • HBO opleiding in technische richting (bijvoorbeeld (mechanical) engineering, werktuigbouwkunde, bouwkunde).
  • Omdat je veel contacten hebt met onze buitenlandse kantoren, distributeurs en projectteams en intern veel zaken coördineert beheers je de Nederlandse en Engelse taal volledig.
  • Omdat je in een zelfsturend team werkt ben je in staat om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken waarbij je je eigen verantwoordelijkheid neemt.
  • Je bent een organisator die overzicht bewaart en goed kan plannen en communiceren op alle niveaus in de organisatie en daarbuiten.

  • Een intensieve inwerkperiode om het vak te leren. Dat betekent dat je intensief getraind wordt in de productrange, de mogelijkheden, prijscalculaties en de verschillende IT-tools. Daarna volgt een gezond leerproces met on-the-job training en opleidingen om je uiteindelijk te begeleiden naar het hoogste niveau.
  • Korte communicatielijnen, een ‘platte’ organisatie met weinig managers
  • Een prima arbeidsvoorwaardenpakket, waaronder 40 verlofdagen en flexibele werktijden en natuurlijk ook de mogelijkheid om thuis te werken.
