Job purpose

Under the supervision of the Global IT Director, the IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading the implementation of a new ERP system throughout the company worldwide. He will be responsible for ensuring the commitment of the various departments in carrying out the project as well as monitoring the external partner for deadlines and costs.

Responsabilities

  • Lead the ERP implementation project in accordance with the company's strategic objectives by establishing an implementation plan;
  • Define and monitor project schedules and budgets;
  • Produce reports on the progress of projects;
  • Follow the progress of the work of external partners and suppliers;
  • Engage the different departments in the realization of projects;
  • Participate in the implementation of processes and standards in project management for the organization;
  • Work in a environment of continuous improvement.

Training, degrees

  • Bachelor of Business Administration;
  • PMP certification an asset.

Experience, knowledge :

  • 3-5 years of experience in managing ERP projects;
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems.

Skills, aptitudes :

  • Good oral and written communication skills;
  • Bilingual (French and English).
