Quadrant Events is a dynamic and creative event production company with branches in Nottingham and Birmingham, renowned for flawless event delivery. Due to a growing client base, there is an opportunity for a trainee 3D Designer to join the creative team and develop within a fast-paced environment. 

Have you completed a course in 3D modelling or visualisation and have an interest in the events industry? if so, this is the perfect opportunity to develop your career within the Quadrant Events creative team. You will receive full training to progress your skills and learn the process of designing 3D drawings for event set and stages. As you continue within the role there will be exciting progression opportunities available. 

Utilise 3D design software and the Adobe suite to create detailed set and stage, and on occasion exhibition designs. 
Learn to translate concepts into realistic visualisations, that are appropriate for the event, client’s brand and the event location. 
Work towards creating practical designs, ensuring they are suitable for real-life implementation at our events. 
Collaborate effectively with the wider creative team and other event departments including event management, technical production and event operations. 
Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to provide accurate costing solutions for the creative department’s designs. 
Work efficiently to meet deadlines whilst following internal processes to ensure quality and accuracy 
Demonstrate self-motivation, creative thinking and a passion for design 
Develop your confidence to offer your own design opinion and feedback to colleagues 
Maintain an organised work schedule to support the overall production schedule within the creative team 

Knowledge of 3D design software such as Sketch-up, 3D Studio Max or Blender 
Adaptable and flexible team player willing to assist with all creative work 
Interest in events and exhibitions 
Understanding of budgeting for projects 
Experience working on multiple projects
