Broker Accounts Assistant - Chelmsford Full Time - Permanent - Up to £25,000
Gerrard White are working with our insurance client who are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Broker Accounts Assistant to join their team. Please only apply to this role if you have full right to work in the UK and can travel to Chelmsford, Essex 5 days a week.
Credit Control : Maintain accurate records of day-to-day financial transactions, including daily banking activities and cash recording.
Bank Reconciliations : Prepare weekly and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and financial integrity.
Respond to broker queries on an ad hoc basis, providing timely and professional assistance.
Perform general office administration tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Confident on the phone
Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Excel is preferred.
Experience : Ideally 12 month's experience in a similar finance or insurance or client-facing position is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
Qualifications : Minimum grade C and above for GCSE English and Maths
