**Business Development Executive**
**Lead Generation** - Developing leads from existing brokers and identifying new brokers in the market that match our underwriting appetite.
**Broker Insigh**t - Building a database of insight into our existing brokers.
**Quote Chasin**g - Following up on quotes on behalf of underwriters across Q-Underwriting
**Development** - Identifying broker potential and reactivating dormant accounts.
Finding cross-sell opportunities for other parts of PIB Group and following up on marketing campaigns, initiatives and insurance events.
Organising and attending meetings with my account leads to maintain relationships and to always ensure they are satisfied with our services and products offered.
Growing panel of brokers - Engaging with a selected panel of brokers every 6-8 weeks to build rapport and speak of the key products Q can offer. This in turn will generate new business presentations which is then forwarded to the correct underwriting teams across the brand.
