Job Description
As HRMI Analyst & Systems Manager you will be required to
- Manage and analyse HR data using Oracle Fusion.
- Provide system support and training to HR colleagues.
- Develop and implement processes to improve data quality and reporting.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Support the HR department in various projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve system issues and implement updates.
- Create and maintain user guides and training materials for HR systems.
- Regularly review and update HR systems and processes to ensure they remain effective and efficient.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HRMI Analyst & Systems Manager (Oracle Fusion) should have:
- A strong understanding of Oracle Fusion and HR systems.
- Excellent data analysis skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to train others.
- A solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- A commitment to maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
