Senior Manager, Paid Social – Digital Marketing / Growth Marketing

At In Digital, you will have the chance to lead on key initiatives and client projects whilst refining your skills in paid social, its impact on multi-channel campaigning, media planning and digital strategy amongst many other things. As a Senior Manager, you will collaborate with top talent and work on exciting campaigns for prestigious brands such as the Financial Times, Kiwi.com, and Puresport.

  • Strong analytical skills (everyone in our team is somewhere on the scale from great at analytics to world-class data scientist)
  • An good understanding of digital marketing overall, including organic social, paid media (search / display etc.), web & app conversion optimisation, analytics, creative

Senior Manager, Paid Social – typical responsibilities:

  • Client relationship ownership & development
  • Driving strategy, set-up, management and optimisation across all Paid Social platforms
  • Development of market leading Paid Social strategies tied to clients’ cross-channel KPIs
  • Creative briefing, testing and strategy leadership across social channels
  • Supporting and providing input in cross-channel strategies that include: Paid Search / Shopping, Display, Mobile App Marketing, On-site experiences
  • End-to-end optimisation of campaign budgets, targeting, tactics, creative etc. to meet and exceed our clients’ objectives
  • Strategy development and identification of new growth opportunities for the clients and for the agency approach in Paid Social
  • Leading continuous and rigorous test & learn approaches
  • Performance reporting and analysis, naturally translating data into insights and recommendations
  • Presentations to senior client stakeholders
  • Managing, mentoring & coaching team members from account executive to manager level
