We seek an experienced Product Analyst to join our team and help us better understand our product performance and customer behaviour to take our product to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis working with well-known start-ups and scale-ups, experience with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Customer.You will be the first Product Analyst for our Decision Platform - a key role in enabling our data-driven future. You will work closely with product managers, product designers, front-end and back-end engineers, SMEs and other stakeholders. The Decision Platform is composed of a number of components, ranging from our Underwriting Engine, to an integration platform and the data science modules that allow us to deliver text mining, analytic and predictive capabilities.
The team aims to optimize the Platform’s performance and value to users by incorporating feedback and insights into the development process. The team operates under a product led ethos and make use of data and experimentation to drive their development efforts, ensuring that value is added rapidly and iteratively.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and define key product metrics, create dashboards, and conduct analyses to measure product and feature performances.

Use advanced Excel skills to conduct ad-hoc analyses and create reports to support business decisions.
Have an interest or ability to collaborate with data scientists to build and deploy predictive models.
At least 3-5 years of experience as a product analyst or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and improving product performance.
Strong Excel skills and experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Looker. • Familiarity with data science concepts and techniques such as predictive modelling and segmentation.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s or other advanced degree preferred
