We're looking for a Product Manager (Technical Business Analyst) to:

- conduct requirements gathering activities for regulatory oversight
- be a key person in design and documentation of business requirements
- identify data sources and interact with the responsible teams to establish the integration procedures
- assist in quality control and Project Management, as well as identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
- be self-organized and can lead smaller projects

**Your team**

In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You'll be working in the Regulatory Reporting Data Crew located in London.

As a Product Manager/Technical Business Analyst you will be a member of Pod (Team) that consists of Software Developers, QA Engineers, and a Product Owner.

**Your expertise**
- strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
- an understanding of the software development lifecycle
- an understanding of XML and XPATH
- experience in stakeholder management
- strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
- working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management
- adaptable, able to work across teams and functions
