Description

As the Senior Designer within this agency, you will report to the Creative Director and work closely with the copywriters, designers and strategists to come up with bold brand and campaign ideas, bringing them to life in visuals

  • You'll love the craft side to design and be able to create concepts that are considered and executed beautifully
  • Understanding branding initiatives, strategic positioning and target audiences
  • Able to bring brands to life by following design templates and brand books and applying guidelines to a high standard, with the ability to adapt and work across a range of styles and channels, across numerous brands
  • It's a busy studio, so you'll be expected to work autonomously and constantly challenge
  • Always asking why, questioning briefs, constantly researching latest design and brand trends
  • Help to guide junior creatives, overseeing their work and offering input and support.

Experience

As a Senior Designer, you'll be/have:

  • Experienced in the whole creative process from brief to production, and will know how to develop ideas that are creatively exciting and commercially effective
  • Comfortable offering constructive feedback and guidance across projects, especially to junior creatives
  • A portfolio full of branding projects which highlight and show off your almost nerdy obsession for design. Your love of craft and your ability to understand and get under the skin of brands to create exceptional design work
  • Happy to speak up and share any ideas, but also to seek input and take it on board. Join in with debates and use the feedback to make your design work even better
  • Able to work on and manage multiple briefs at once, from brief to completion.
