If so, apply now, as Baines Simmons, leaders in aviation safety training and consultancy services is looking to hire a Product Management Administrator to join their Bracknell based office.
You will support the products team at Baines Simmons with managing the administration for the portfolio of training products and ensuring all products and services are released to quality standards. You will support the Head of Portfolio, by managing the current portfolio proposition to ensure its ongoing commercial viability and relevance to our market.
This is an admin role, with a high volume of PowerPoint usage and proof reading responsibilities.
Assure quality standards and the protection of IPR and contractual obligations
Proof-read and correctly format product materials ensuring they meet the standard for release / publication
Manage the product and services material libraries on SharePoint, including version control
Maintaining the product portfolio on GoldVision CRM
Ensure that all training materials are consistent with the company brand guidelines
Support the Head of Portfolio to ensure all product materials, assets and realia are created, updated and delivered to the business in a timely and accurate manner, working closely with all departments to ensure training material / consulting service documentation requirements are met
Generate product performance / customer feedback reports
Manage the image database together with relevant stakeholders
Maintain the products quality manual and process documents, drive continuous improvement to be able to maintain quality and speed to market
Administration experience – if for a training provider, even better
Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills
Good Excel skills
Accuracy and a high attention to detail with good proof-reading and quality checking experience
A high standard of verbal and written English
A background in learning and development or training material development would be a huge advantage, as would having experience working within a regulated environment in and administrative role.
