As a Class 1 LGV Driver for our Transport Department, you will be responsible for executing bulk collections and deliveries between various DPD sites and customers nationwide. This role requires operating a modern and well-maintained fleet on agreed shift patterns, delivering to HGV-friendly locations.
Executing precise and timely bulk collections and deliveries to maintain operational efficiency.
Operating and maintaining Class 1 vehicles in accordance with company standards and road regulations.
Adhering strictly to agreed shift patterns to ensure consistent service delivery.
Ensuring all deliveries and collections are executed with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail.
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation for all transport operations.
Complying with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Continuously striving for excellence in service delivery and operational performance.
Valid UK Class 1 Driving Licence
Minimum of 12 months Class 1 driving experience
Valid UK Digital Tachograph Card
Demonstrated ability to load and unload trailers as required
