In your role as Mobile Catering Manage r at Sodexo covering various areas in Fulham and Staines , you will supervise the hospitality team at our esteemed schools, making sure that our vibrant meals are served with a smile and that the kitchen and restaurant are operating efficiently. As the person your team looks to for guidance and support, you will have an impact on their day-to-day life and in turn, create a lively, productive work atmosphere. Supervise the arrangement and provision of hot and/or cold food from counters and steam tables
Supervise the restocking of food from counters and steam tables, as well as the breakdown of stations at the conclusion of service.
Oversee the chopping, seasoning, and cooking of fish, vegetables, meats, salads, soups, and other dishes.
Plan the menu, place supply orders, maintaining accounts and records when required (Must be Computer Literate)
Travel as and when required to sites providing support
Possess excellent time management abilities
Full UK Driving Licence required for this position and own vehicle required for this role.
