Analyst I

The Transportation Business Analyst is responsible for analysis , KPI s, reporting, and assigned projects in support of Circle K’s U.Internal Fleet. Internal Fleet’s business. This role will help drive business value by providing insightful analysis and reporting, leveraging data to help drive business objectives . They will also serve as a subject matter expert wit h Fleet data . Through initiative, business analytical skills, root cause analysis, and finding untapped opportunities to improve and grow the business and help shape the strategy. Drive research and analysis on key strategic projects, sharing findings and recommendations, and assisting in project rollouts .
Taking initiative, understanding our supply chain processes, making recommendations for change, and helping successfully implement the solution .
Research opportunities to grow the business and make recommendations to leadership to pursue .
Effectively present research, analysis, and initiatives to all affected stakeholders .
Produce robust KPI reporting and performance analytic s.
Routine reporting (daily /weekly/monthly) and ad hoc reporting as necessary and as prioritized.
Connecting data sources in reporting to enhance insights.
Periodic direct engagement with report users to walk through data and key insights.
Additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Previous experience within fleet analytics, and fleet dispatch preferred .
Experience with Power-BI, PeopleNet, TMW, Telapoint , A-Suite, Sentix , Lytx , Vector preferred.
Large-scale analytics project experience preferred.
Able to understand how various aspects of the supply chain interact with each other and impact one another with a mindset towards optimiz ing supply chain performance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite , Power-BI preferred , Strong Excel skills preferred.
Financial an alyst experience a plus, but not required .
