My client has an excellent opportunity for a data centre engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The company are looking for somebody who is keen to learn develop and progress within the organisation.

This role will be responsible for repairs, physical installations as well as for the escorts requested by customers. You will be handling all incoming customer service requests and ensuring SLA's and agreed KPIs are achieved to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. The role will ensure 24/7 support in the data centre operations and representing the local facility team during out of business hours and acting as first level support.

They are looking for somebody who has a vast amount of experience within a relevant field (datacenter, telecommunications, IT or electrical) with experience with electrical wiring, networks, optical fiber installations and dark fiber who is happy to work independently, show initiative and proactivity on site.
