We are an innovative high-tech next-generation telecommunications start-up based in the Surrey area, actively seeking exceptionally talented engineers to join our dynamic team. As part of this role, your focus will span the entire development lifecycle, from concept through to volume production. You will be engaged in every aspect of the development process to ensure successful outcomes. This role requires a strong emphasis on multi-functional collaboration and fostering a robust team spirit. We are seeking candidates with a flexible working attitude, a team player who can also demonstrating the ability to work autonomously and take responsibility in a dynamic environment.
Design and develop RF circuits and systems for telecom products, including transceivers, amplifiers, filters, Clocks circuits and antennas.
Participate in the full life cycle of telecoms Radio product development, from specification and design through implementation, testing and support.
Conduct feasibility studies and perform RF simulations to optimise system performance.
Coordinate design review activities to ensure that designs meet their requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, firmware and software and test engineers to ensure seamless integration of RF circuits into overall product design.
Conduct testing and validation of RF designs, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the development process.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the RF Design, including design specifications, debug guide and user manuals.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in RF and telecom to contribute innovative ideas to product development.
Bachelor s or master s degree in Electrical and Electronic engineering or related fields.
Over 8 years proven Industrial experience in RF circuit design for telecom products, with a focus on wireless communication systems.
Knowledge of RF front-end modules, Clocks, FPGA functionalities and architectures.
Proficiency in RF simulation tools and design software (e.g., Experience with measurement equipment such as network analysers and spectrum analysers.
Familiarity with multi-layer PCB layout and design considerations for RF circuits.
