£Calverton, Nottingham /Hybrid working
Monday to Friday 8am-4pm, 36.As a Credit Controller, you will play a vital role in managing the company's credit, maintaining the debtor's ledger, and ensuring that outstanding balances are collected promptly. You will work closely with clients and internal departments to resolve any issues and maintain positive relationships while safeguarding the company's financial interests.
Assisting with customer account reconciliation, including reaching out to customers and completing a tracker
Processing SEPA mandates and setting up direct debit in customer master data
Customer master data maintenance such as blocking accounts and amending payment terms
Setting up SEPA payment plans in SAP agreed between Controller and customer
Credit control experience is preferred
We will also consider accounts assistants, sales ledgers or similar with account reconciliation and query resolution experience
This is a temporary contract for around 6 months
The role is hybrid; 3 days in the office and 2 days at home
There is free parking on site
There may be potential for contract extension based on performance and availability
