The Asset Servicing Intermediate Analyst role involves working in the Voluntary Corporate Actions team,. The team is responsible for ensuring any proceeds from income or corporate action events are posted to our clients and trading desks in both an accurate and timely manner.
This involves working with data, investigating and resolving problems and communicating with colleagues to complete transactions.
Plan and execute daily assigned activities in an efficient way, adhering to set internal or regulatory deadlines. Support the preparation and submission of internal and external regulatory reports.
Identify procedure gaps and make suggestions for process transformation including reducing manual processes.
Be involved in the user testing of new technology enhancements and identify and escalate any issues.
Able to drive own performance and willing to learn.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)
GCSE English & Maths at Grade C and above.
