As Client Services Director, you will oversee some of our most important customer relationships, ensuring we maximise value and build long-term partnerships.
This role combines commercial acumen with a passion for client success. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding strategic account plans, identifying white space opportunities, and ensuring we deliver solutions that align with our customers’ evolving needs.
Beyond client engagement, you will play a critical role in mentoring and developing our Account Management team - helping them unlock growth within their portfolios and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Strategic Account Leadership
Own and develop relationships with key strategic accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Build and execute multi-year account growth plans aligned with business objectives.
Provide effective line management for existing Accounts Team
Mentor and coach team members to enhance commercial and relationship management skills.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development within the team.
Growth & Commercial Performance
Drive revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals within existing accounts.
Ensure profitability and margin targets are achieved across managed accounts.
Leading account strategy, sales growth, and delivery excellence across multiple service lines.
SAP, Neptune) to strengthen our market position.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Pre-Sales, Delivery) to deliver impactful solutions.
Provide regular reporting on team performance, sales pipeline, and account health.
Proven experience in account leadership, client services, or similar roles within technology, consulting, or enterprise software.
Strong track record of growing strategic accounts and achieving revenue targets.
Background in SAP, ERP, or enterprise technology solutions.
Familiarity with account planning frameworks and customer success methodologies.
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
Results-driven with a focus on long-term client partnerships.
