As the successful Operations Manager you can benefit from:

As Service Director you will be responsible for the effective leadership and operational performance of the service. This is a key leadership role where you will have a significant impact on the business culture, practices and growth and will lead, develop and drive the business while ensuring we continue to deliver the very best quality care and service.

As the successful Service Director your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Formulating, setting and delivering the strategic development of the services
- Generate annual performance plans & deliver the strategic development of the services
- Manage external relationships with key stakeholders
- Working alongside the Clinical & Senior team to ensure the highest levels of care for the residents
- Ensuring the service reaches it’s full potential including management of fundraising, you will be an ambassador for the service
- Ensuring growth of income & financial viability going forward

About you:

- Demonstrable track record of leading and managing similar successful clinical and financial operations for a large regional health care provider and growing services in size and scope.
- An analytical and commercial thinker with the ability to be innovative and solution focused.
- Comprehensive understanding of the care provided and the strategic drivers influencing care and service delivery.
- Full driving licence
- An effective communicator with experience of managing multi disciplinary teams
- Demonstrable experience in strategic development of services.
