We are located in the heart of Hereford City Centre in our brand new, state of the art office. As our business continues to grow we are recruiting for a talented CRM Executive to join our growing team.

✨Launch new & existing customer journeys via an omni-channel approach (Email, SMS, Web Push)
✨Utilise a solid understanding of A/B testing
✨Daily reporting and analysis of automated email performance for all markets
✨Supporting the Senior CRM Executive and CRM Manager to determine broader email strategy and future planning
✨1-2 years CRM experience
✨Highly organised and able to manage and deliver several projects at the same time with short turnaround times
